Gelateria, Origen Festival Cultural, Mulegns

Next to the Tor Alva, the iconic white 3D-printed tower rising above Mulegns, something sweet has taken shape. Built from the wood of the former open-air stage in Lantsch, the new gelateria is both a tribute to craftsmanship and a gesture of continuity.
Inside, the spirit of the old sugar bakers of the Grisons lives on — a centuries-old tradition of confectioners from the canton, renowned for their craftsmanship in pastry-making and for having carried their sweet skills across Europe. It is not just in the menu that this heritage returns, but in the care, the detail, the delight.
A house of reuse, reimagination, and raspberry sorbet.
